These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the ae222 platform and all services provided through it. By visiting the ae222 website, creating an account, or beginning to use any service, you are considered to have fully read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.

Only one account may be operated per person, per household, per device, or per IP address. Operating multiple accounts will be considered a violation.

You are fully responsible for all activities carried out through your account. You must notify our support team as soon as you become aware of any authorised or unauthorised access to your account.

Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Methods & Limits

ae222 currently accepts the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳200.

Keep the following in mind when making a deposit:

• Only deposit from a mobile banking account registered in your own name.
• Deposits from third-party accounts will not be accepted and will be returned.
• The minimum deposit for each method is ৳200.
• Rocket is the mobile wallet service of Dutch-Bangla Bank.

4.2 Withdrawal Process

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests generally take 30 minutes to 3 hours to process.

The following factors are considered at the time of withdrawal:

• Account identity verification must be completed before a withdrawal can be made.
• Withdrawals may be restricted until active bonus wagering requirements are met.
• Withdrawals will only be sent back to the account from which the deposit was made.

Bonuses & Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

ae222 offers new members a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 will earn a ৳1,000 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳2,000. For deposits of ৳18,000 or more, the bonus is capped at ৳8,000, giving a total balance of ৳26,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Winnings from a bonus must be wagered 20 times the bonus amount before a withdrawal can be made. The wagering calculation is based on the bonus amount only, not the combined total of the deposit and bonus. Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 20 = ৳20,000 must be wagered before bonus winnings become withdrawable.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer has its own validity period and terms, which must be read before accepting the offer.
• Qualifying deposits for bonus eligibility must not come from third-party accounts.
• ae222 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• If fraud is detected in bonus activity, the account will be cancelled and the bonus forfeited.
• VIP members may receive special benefits and cashback offers (see Section 6).

Betting & Gaming Rules

6.1 General Gaming Rules

All games on ae222 operate under fair play principles. Each game has its own rules, which can be found in the game interface. If a technical error results in an incorrect payout, ae222 reserves the right to cancel that transaction.

6.2 Sports Betting Rules

The following rules apply to sports betting:

• The odds displayed at the time of placing a bet are final, unless a technical error is proven.
• If an event is cancelled, the related bet will be considered void and the stake will be returned.
• The stake on a pre-match bet remains on hold until the match result is determined.
• In an accumulator bet, if one event is cancelled, it will be calculated at odds of 1.00.

6.3 VIP Program

ae222 has five VIP tiers: Bronze (up to 0.3% weekly cashback), Silver (up to 0.6%), Gold (up to 0.9%), Platinum (up to 1.2%), and Diamond (up to 1.5% weekly cashback). Progression to a higher tier depends on account activity and overall contribution.

VIP benefits are at ae222's discretion and may change at any time. Even after achieving a VIP tier, if irregularities or violations of these Terms are found on the account, VIP status may be revoked.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ae222 platform:

• Money laundering or depositing funds from illegal sources.
• Playing games or placing bets using bots, automated scripts, or any kind of software.
• Operating multiple accounts to abuse the bonus system.
• Playing games through collusion or fraudulent strategies.
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to another user's account.
• Exploiting technical vulnerabilities or bugs in the platform for personal gain.
• Operating an account on behalf of a minor or assisting in doing so.
• Opening or maintaining an account using forged identity documents or false information.
• Harassing, threatening, or using abusive language towards other members.

If any of the above activities are detected, the relevant account will be immediately closed and deposited funds and bonuses may be forfeited.

Account Suspension & Closure

8.1 Suspension by ae222

ae222 may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account in the following circumstances:

• If any prohibited activity listed in Section 07 is carried out.
• If documents requested for identity verification are not submitted within the specified time.
• If suspicious or unusual transactions are detected on the account.
• If the account has been inactive for an extended period.
• If the user themselves requests that responsible gaming limits be applied.

8.2 Closure by the User

You may request to close your account at any time. To do so, send an email to [email protected] or contact us via live chat. Any ongoing bets will be settled before the account is closed, and any withdrawable balance will be sent to your registered payment account.

Limitation of Liability

In any case, ae222's liability shall be limited to the amount of money involved in that specific transaction.
